TMAG cofounders Kristie Ross and Stu Fowler have worked together for the better part of two decades where collectively, they’ve had the chance to work with thousands of clinics to identify gaps and areas of improvement. Kristie’s extensive clinical experience paired with Stu’s unmatched business background have come together to create The Medical Aesthetics Group, Canada’s first and only full-service staffing solution for the medical aesthetics industry. This collective knowledge has equipped them with the power to identify emerging needs within the medical aesthetics space to which they intend to fill with The Medical Aesthetics Group.

Kristie Ross
With over 20 years of sales leadership, education, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, Kristie has an unmatched understanding of the medical aesthetics space. She served 13 years at Allergan in a variety of leadership roles and most recently held the role as Senior Director of Sales at Merz. Kristie is widely recognized as a connector and her strong relationship with KOL’s nationally and internationally has given her a unique lens into the industry and is a foundation to her many successes.

Stu Fowler
Stu has over 25 years’ experience in the Pharma/Med- Device industry and has held executive roles with several of Canada’s top organizations. He is past-President and general manager for Allergan Inc. (AbbVie) and Alcon Canada. The world’s largest medical aesthetics and ophthalmic organizations respectively. Stu was also the co-founder and President of Amni (Aesthetic Medicine Network Inc.), Canada’s only group of physicians dedicated to improving patient outcomes and expanding the cosmetic medicine market.
